Education Qualification:-

1. Possesses recognised Degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology or Degree in Physics or Chemistry or Full-time recognised Diploma in any branch of Engineering or Technology.
2. And possesses a degree or diploma in Industrial Safety recognised by Odisha State Govt

Required Experience:-

For Degree Holder minimum 2 years’ experience in Factory or For Degree in Physics or Chemistry and Diploma 5 years’ experience in Factory.

Preferred: Working experience in the area of operation or maintenance of an integrated steel plant and used different safety tools for safety improvement.

Job Description:-

The Context / Purpose of the Job:- To drive safety excellence journey at TSK by working as a change agent. Guideline management for implementation of policies and statutory requirements. Facilitate to achieve the goals and objectives related set in the Annual Business Plan or Business Objective & Strategy set by Corporate and Division Monitoring and advisory role the legal compliance of statutory requirements of the Factories Act or any new act / rule prescribed by State / Central Govt & facilitating for improvement in safety excellence management system.

Role & Responsibilities:-

Implement the initiatives planned by corporate safety across different departments of TSK Create involvement and buy in of Departmental Chief & HODs Ensure effective functioning of DIC, & AICs. Achieve the goals & objectives set in ABP Prepare detailed plan, develop KPIs for review and facilitate reviews.

Help line management to implement the plan. Implementation of PSRM Facilitate implementation of PSI Facilitate implementation of PHA in high hazard departments. Implement other elements of PSRM such as Mgmt. of change, Mechanical integrity etc. Improve workplace safety Organise campaigns on site/department specific issues.


Salary: 5,00,000 – 12,00,000 P.A.
