Education Qualification of Tata steel Recruitment 2022:-
- Three (3) years full time Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from any institute, recognized by AICTE.
- Diploma holders in above discipline from R D Tata Technical Education Centre, Jamshedpur and J N Tata Technical Education Centre Gopalpur are also eligible to apply.
Mandatory Experience:-
(a) (i) Minimum three (3) years of work experience as on January 1, 2022 after acquiring the Diploma qualification. lt will not include one-year apprenticeship training period, if any.
(ii) Minimum two (2) years of work experience as on January 1, 2022 after acquiring the Diploma qualification, only for candidates who have successfully completed Apprenticeship Training from Tata Steel —Bearings Division. It will not include one-year apprenticeship training period.
(b) Preferably have 5-10 years of professional experience in Bearings Industry
Marks:-
a) Minimum 55% marks aggregate in Diploma Engineering for General Candidates
b) Minimum 50% marks aggregate in Diploma Engineering for SC/ ST Candidates
Age Limit:-
a) Should have been born between 1st Jan 1990 & 1st Jan 2004 for General candidates
b) Should have been born between 1st Jan 1987 & 1st Jan 2004 for SC/ ST Candidates
Salary:-
The selected candidates will be provisionally placed with a starting Basic Pay of Rs 11,000/- pm on Fixed Term Employment Contract for a period of 2 (two) years in the grade of FBR I and will be designated as Section In charge I- (Service Area/ O&M).
The other emoluments & benefits will be as per Company’s rule applicable to this grade. Candidate’s possessing 4 years or more of relevant experience will be compensated as per norms.
Selection Process of Tata Steel Recruitment 2022 :-
- Online/Written Test followed by an Interview and Medical examination.
- Candidates who are found ineligible as per the laid down criteria, at any stage of the selection process will be immediately disqualified from further selection process.
Note: All candidates, who qualify in the online/written test and are permanent employees of any of the Tata Group Company or Subsidiary or Associate Company of Tata Steel Ltd. will need to bring their NOC at the time of interview, without which they will not be interviewed.
