- Having experience in construction of Multistoried Buildings,
- Housing Projects, and having in depth knowledge in R.C.C. Structural works, Architectural finishing works,
- Pilling (Bore pile/Driven pile) works, Podium, plumbing & sanitation & firefighting, Rate analysis,
- Bill checking and estimation, reconciliation bill & BOQ Prepare. Prepared early budget estimation etc. Regarding Companies rule & Regulation sanction one line process & also experience epc/construction project & also knowledge of shuttering.
- Billing Procedures From Client & Contractor Side
- Billing for extra-items/Non-BOQ items
- Rates Analysis on DSR Abstract Invoice reconciliation of material bill required technique in Billing & MIS Generation.
- Preparation of Deviation Extra item
