Job Description :-
- Electrical Engineer with added knowledge of mechanical engineering from a reputed institution.
- 4-8 years of work experience in managing MEP services for high-qualityl estate projects only residential.
- Should have an excellent understanding of MEP services from concept to commissioning.
- Experience in Procurement, Site Execution in the areas of HT/LT Electrical installations and HVAC, plumbing, Fire fighting, Security and control systems.
- Responsible for planning the MEP schedule for time and resources for large building/township projects independently and further monitoring, tracking and controlling the same.
- Ability to coordinate amongst consultants/agencies/vendors and ensure smooth execution of works across projects.
- Follow up of project execution, installation, testing and commissioning and closeout
- To manage execution of project with prevailing industry standards in most effective, timely and cost effective manner.
