We are looking for dynamic diploma engineers, with less than 1 year of experience who will be responsible for supporting teams with various tasks related to sales and technical support. The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the company’s customer base, and will also have multiple opportunities to learn and grow on both the technical and sales front.
This role would be on a third-party payroll under an internship for a two year period, post which, the candidate would be absorbed on the organisation’s payroll basis their performance during the training period.

Job Role of Fronius Recruitment 2022:
- Supporting sales team with tasks related to sales support, such as follow up with customers, etc.
- Shadowing service engineers to learn the basics of welding and good maintenance practices of welding equipment.
- Conducting demonstrations of our product at customer premises
- Educating customers of the advantages of our product and also conducting training sessions for the practical users.
Requirements:
- Either Fresher Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical) OR a maximum of 1 year of welding related work experience.
- Good Communication skills
- Basic Computer Skills ( Email, MS Office).
